Whenever I open my computer's CD ROM to insert or remove a disk it tends to close again in strange and mysterious ways. Makes me angry. Ruined a perfectly good Janet Jackson CD, probably my favourite in my sister's or my whole collection. I can't tell you how that makes me angry! Any ideas as to how to adjust the device so that at least the loading tray behaviour is predictable?
