The way this post went, I was anticipating the second bit to be another
proverb, not a .sig, at least at first glance....
Can anyone do anything amusing to the Pournelle quote to make a
GalProverb, but still retain enough flavor of the original so that
anyone knowing the Pournelle quote gets an extra bit of amusement out of
it?
