Yeah, about the same kind of issue as leaving your car keys on the table, your lawnmower (electric or gasoline) in the garage, and bleach near the washing machine. Heck, Bay Area Rapid Transit trains leave the third rail exposed! All you have to do is hop down, ground yourself and grab the rail.
