Such a simple (if not original) concept. Can anyone tell me why Stargate doesn't even try to cover that every species they encounter speaks English (with an American accent). The writing on the wall is always an obscure ancient language, but the spoken version is American English. At least in Farscape you get a nice mixture of Australian and New Zealand accents (and the occasional British English) thrown in. The sad part is that Farscape is largely made here, but not shown here anymore... Cheers Russell C.
