The products are misleading, and can damage computers and stereo systems
('attempted copies' / rips). The products violate philips trademark for
the CD symbol. The products attempt to use technology to deny fair use
rights. (But fail in the extent that programs like CLoneCD can make 100%
perfect copies). They significantly degrade the playback of the content
even on normal stereo systems.
