If the fundamentalist label is to stick in my mind, I'd need more details from the story, such as the interviewee saying that he was a devout christian or talking nonstop about church or something like that. Regardless, he did show himself to be a likely bad fit with the rest of the team without bringing his religious beliefs into it, from the case example. -- Matt
