Think of it this way:  There is a triangle with a base.  You can have the
two sides that are not the base but never the base as well.  The sides
are "Time", "Money", and "Quality".

You can have time and quality, but you sacrifice money.

You can have time and money, but you sacrifice quality.

You can have money and quality, but you sacrifice time.

This is a Law.
