I will not reply to correct any of the stinky logic of the little ones;  the 
peer-like i *might* reply to, if I feel like it, and if their logic is 
honestly stinky, or if they _deserve_ a reply from someone of Mountainous 
Stature and Reputation.

I remarked that *if* neurotransmitter activity is wavelike, then any sound 
device should work, like amps and dampeners, resonators of other types, etc.  
If the activity is particulate, then that should be even easier to control 
with material filters or even drugs.  Since it is not that easy, I'm guessing 
wavelike.
