But, since there's no definition of the meaning of "a manner
concordant with our civilization" [heck, I can't even define
what is _our_ civilization. Is it the USA? USA+Western Europe?
1st world? Western Civ? All humans?] this rule is subject to
the whims of the listowners - which have until now showed
very restraint in using it.

People have replied to his messages [even if he doesn't seem
to read the replies]. Or maybe we should ban him because,
