I had suggested earlier that "sapiens" be added in their official name. I still propose that change be made, though I acknowledge that others discovered it before me. I had argued that chimps couldn't speak for themselves, but of course they can, although probably not latin. Somebody will have to ask them in sign and translate into latin. I had mentioned the troop were a fine bunch of guys and dolls and their kids were as cute as Kathie Lee Gifford's kids, much smarter, and probably dead by now. Shame.
My hypothesis now is that all the Great Apes are sapiens, and that we bred with all of them at one time or another.
