When all else fails, each node in a network has to make a choice regarding
the Law: do "I" enjoy doing what "I" am doing?

If the vast majority of nodes in a network, and the vast majority of networks
on Earth agree that something is wrong, then reboot is possible, all because
of the Modern Magna Carta, but improbable over a short period of time.

Otherwise, it will either be stalemate [not too bad], or conflict resolution
as several "people" gang up and pile on one "person".

A 16 year old boy in a family of 4 is *not* a node in a network. The
granularity of nodes should be a group or class of people.
