In the old days, there used to be things like "Help Wanted: Long Haired
Freaks Need Not Apply". For the old days of a dictatorial economy, this
sucks.

However, this is allowable under my scheme, because of reputation capital.
On the one hand, if a prospect hates that policy, he really need not apply
because his boss will hate him, and if the prospect finds it offensive the
rep of the establishment is hurt. However, if the establishment still puts
out good food, people will still eat there. It balances out, hopefully
[courts and police boss].

Actually, there already exists a sort of reputation capital -- it's called
"credit". In the old days of a dictatorial economy credit was used as a
means of oppression. In our time it will merely be another type of capital
exchanged between parties, and collected in financial institutions. So, both
money and reputation will be valuable, and government and laws to keep both
valuable at the same time.
