I would really rather not see any more "X made Y leave!" stuff posted by
anyone other than the one who left/is leaving.  If anyone wants to make
"X made me leave!" their parting shot, that's their business, but the
accusations of past actions are getting tiresome.  If you want to
continue, go ahead, but I'll be less likely to feel any sympathy on any
other complaints by those continuing on this subject.

No one "makes" anyone leave.  The decision to leave is ultimately made
by the one leaving (or is made for them by outside circumstances).  I'm
sad to see people leave, and I'm sadder to see people leave because they
can't deal with a certain person and they can't for some reason ignore
him (or her), but I don't go around screaming at the supposed irritant
about it, and I wish that other people would refrain from doing so as
well.
