I'd be Becto Toman or Becto Tonew (depending on whether you want to say I was 
born in Manhattan or New York City).

Question, though: my grandmother's maiden name was Klarstein - the first two 
letters of that are "k-l", which could not be followed by a consonant. I 
mean, Becto Klman? Doesn't work. What do you do in that situation?
