According to a Michael Rosenbaum interview I recently read, Clark is 
supposed to be a freshman.  The fact that he looks too old for that is one 
of only two gripes I have with the show.

The other one is:  Kansas is known for growing WHEAT, not corn.  I seem to 
recall the phrase, "breadbasket to the world" from a jr. high social studies 
or geography class :-)
