Rob, there are degrees to everything, no question. I've seen people spam with pictures of goatse.cx, write the most disgusting things about what they'd do to an ethnic group or sexual orientation they hate, post 100 Nazi images in an hour, all manner of stuff. Mark is certainly mild by comparison, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the definition can't be applied to him. I have taken to the "just ignoring him" policy, but I had to reply to the idea that he can't see why one could call him a troll.
