A sufficiently staffed welrun and affordable child daycare center close to the office. It would save lots of parents, especially women tons of time if the day care would be very close to the workplace, also breastfeeding wouldn't be such a fuss, because you could stroll over to the daycare center in your coffee/lunch brakes.
