When you come in from the North Sea, you do not have to cross any rivers to get to The Hague, and those German Panzer divisions are long gone. However, that might be hard to believe if you invade during the summer. As Germany has very little coastline, many Germans spend their summer vacation on Dutch beaches. There are so many of them around during the summer that you will hear more German than Dutch then. When you walk into a shop, the staff will even by default address you in German...
