23. Definitely!  Heck, people shouldn't need guns anyway. But if they must
own one, they should know how to use and store it safely.

24. Sounds like a good idea. But this would be impossible to enforce. What
do you do if some couple starts a family without passing the test? Take
their kids away? Seems a bit extreme.

25. Nah. Any idiot can run for office, so why should voters have to meet a
higher standard? ;-)
