This article suggests that exposure to ionizing radiation can have "bio-positive" effects, essentially building up resistance to radiation. Maybe using a cell phone can be beneficial to your health. Maybe I should market my cell-phone Dosimeter as a health meter. The blacker the dosimeter, the more healthy you become.
