While 'Rush' has many upbeat and forward-looking
songs, they also belt out some very angry and
pissed-off-at-the-world numbers. Here are my
favorites (in that category):
'Driven' and 'Virtuality' from _Test For Echo_
'Cold Fire' and 'Cut To The Chase' from _Counterparts_
(the latter is a bit more upbeat, I admit)
'You Bet Your Life' from _Roll The Bones_
'Show Don't Tell' from _Presto_
'Lock and Key' from _Hold Your Fire'
'The Body Electric,' 'The Enemy Within' and 'Red
Sector A' from _Grace Under Pressure_ (these are a
bit more plaintive, but still rock)

I don't have sound capability on my work computer, so
I don't know if this site works, but you're supposed
to be able to listen to various Rush tunes (including
the above) at:

who was delighted to finally move into a house so she
could crank the music UP!
