Jeroen, do I have to point out how totally out of line you are? If this is the way you want to behave on-list, then I request that you step down as list-owner and pass the reins on to someone who has not been embroiled in every single flareup on Brin-L that I can recall for the last year. I ask this as your friend. Since you do not seem to be inclined to resist the temptation to step over the lines of impropriety the way you do in the post quoted below, then I fear that you will not be able to resist abusing your powers as a listowner.
Think about it. If you step down, you will be able to speak freely without the responsibility as listowner holding you back. It will also prevent the coming fight to bring you down which will ensue if you pursue this course further. Maybe you have not noticed it, but you have been pissing people off. Someone dropped from the list today. (not sure if they actually unsubbed) And I dont recall ever having seen Julia speak as bluntly as she has recently. So I ask you, step down or chill for a bit.
