No, acting like an aggrieved child is your crime. Spamming the list with shouts and demands is your crime. I doubt anyone holds Erik blameless, but when someone allows himself to be made a fool of, and then screams and stomps his feet over it, calls himself a victim, and threatens lawsuits, he's going to have trouble getting any real sympathy.
