        We are not that big a list, people would know.  I would 
discount anything from someone who has only posted a few times.
If someone is using multiple addresses and not trying to hide 
their identity, we would know them under all their addresses.
So that leaves the case where someone actually cultivates multiple
identities, presumably just to be able to have more votes.
        I don't see any defense against that, but who would
bother?
