My cousin lives in Tempe, Arizona. In the same week his pool pump malfunctioned and his water heater burst. He was having local TV stations bidding to film his suicide when he opened the water bill.
I've been working on my porch this summer. This week I finally put the base coat of paint on my steps. Yesterday I put on the first top coat and it still isn't dry because it decided to rain last night. This morning was overcast but there was no rain forecast. I removed 3/4 of the rain gutters around the porch and.....wait for it.....it started raining. It's still raining now. The local radar shows no rain, but it is raining. At least I have tomorrow off.
