OK, is the problem tracking with the weather? Our worst problem with
DSL would crop up when it rained. I'll go into gorey details on this
thread only if it's relevant.
That's all I can offer from personal experience, I think. (I may think
of something else later, if so I'll speak up then.)
Don't know of any tools to help, but I'm sure that someone else here can
recommend some.
If you need a beer to cry into, can't help you there, but please know
