Copyright Office Solicits Comments On DMCA Exemptions

The DMCA allows the Librarian of Congress to exempt certain classes of
works from the prohibition against circumvention. The copyright office is
now soliciting comments from all "interested parties" as to what, if any,
classes should be exempted. Comments are due by December 18, 2002.
