It's also a trigger for me, although I think my main migraine triggers are MSG and "natural flavor(ings)", which is just a euphemism for MSG. Unfortunately, it's perfectly legal for food manufacturers to put that sort of misleading information on their ingredient labels, so I have to be careful if I want to avoid pain. just john wrote:
