That site is consistent with what I know about the Iraq missiles.  North
Korea has tested a missile over Japan, and will be able to process material
for 10-20 atomic bombs in the next year.  Even if these were smaller than
most atomic bombs, dropping 10-20 small atomic bombs on Tokyo would be
devastating to that city; with hundreds of thousands of people dying, at a
minimum.

With the advances in technology over the last 50 years, given plutonium,
the difficulty in making an atomic bomb is not overwhelming.
