As an aside, I had a few guys that wore a heart rate monitor around the chest area who suddenly found empathy for their wives and left the clinic saying they would pay for their wives to have the $20//30 plus dollar bras they had previously complained about now that they had a brief doseDee
I can see that point. When I was more athletic I wore HR monitor for training. Now this is just a single strap across the chest but I can see how that'd be a bother to wear 18 hours a day. In fact me and former GF each wore a HR monitor for an indoor athletic event*, just to see what our HR was during it. I wanted to wear mine more after that, because the more I concentrated on the HR, the less I was aware of what I was doing. But I learned I could think that way without wearing the HR. Traning is good.
I'm telling you people way too much. ;-)
