If "doing whatever he thinks he needs to do" is going to have an effect on other people on this list, then he should definitely take the input from others into consideration.Nick would be well within his rights to do whatever he thinks he needs to do to cover his ass, without input from anyone else.
But what if he decides to ignore the opinions of people because they differ from his opinion? He has been playing judge, jury and executioner before, and it wouldn't be the first time that he even outright refuses to discuss his actions.He *is* asking us, though, which means he values the opinions of people who don't have as much on the line as he does. And I appreciate this.
