However, the US Constitution and its Amendments don't apply to this list. Your First Amendment right to free speech only means that the US government cannot force you to shut up when you say something they disagree with.

Or at least, that's what someone else on this list said last year, when I claimed the US Constitution gave me the right to free speech.
