<snip>
I never said that you *caused* people harm. I said that you took actions (such as posting threats to the list or on your website) that were *intended* to cause people harm. There is a difference. You know exactly what you did. And, I have to ask if you really want to rehash this on the list?You have proven yourself most capable of taking action in the past that is intended to cause real life harm to people on this list.I have *proven* myself capable of taking action that is intended to cause real life harm? Exactly what actions might that be, and who suffered what real life harm because of them?
I have a copy of the threatening pages you posted on the Brin-L website archived as well as at least one hate-filled post from you to the list from 7/22/2002. I would characterize what is written in those two sources as threats. Is referencing them enough, or do you prefer that I post them?
I would like to point out that, imo, I am making an effort not to re-drag your name through the mud here. I could easily post such materials to the list and examine them in-depth (without asking you) in order to make my point. I don't think that posting text from either of those sources would do anything but re-damage your reputation on the list and I don't see a point in that.
So I ask you this: Do you really want me to "put up" the hard way? Or do you concede my point?
