We're trying out Jose as a list manager, since he did this with me in the
past.  Any minute now, I'll make it official.  He'll have the same
capabilities as Julia and me to help people with list problems, trash spam,
deal with moderated messages (new subscribers are still automatically
moderated until we're fairly sure they're not spammers).

Jose volunteered and his timing was excellent, considering that Julia and I
have both been feeling quite yucky lately.

Hi Nick,

Not that my own opinion on this matters overmuch, I'm sure, but I'm ok with him becoming a list admin for technical problems.

What will be his powers regarding "political" matters, i.e. moderating list members, etc.?
