Beehive *wig*, maybe. If you were wearing a hardhat for necessity, there's
a decent chance you don't have enough of your own hair to do a really good
beehive.
I disagree. A hardhat is worn for protection from things that might otherwise conk you on the noggin. Few of us, even those with plenty of hair to cover our scalps and/or hang down our backs, have enough hair to protect our fragile craniums from such items . . .
