Dan went outside for a bit earlier, and characterized it as "werewolf
weather": near-full moon, clear, cold.
The cold wouldn't be bad, but there's been a steady wind with it that just
cuts to the bone, or at least that's how the chill feels. (During the day,
in the sun, if you were out of the wind, it was downright pleasant.)
