You know, you're about the only person I've ever talked to who preferred the GUP and later stuff to the 2112-ish period. I really like GUP and Power Windows, but Hold Your Fire and Presto I didn't dig that much. Vapor Trail's pretty good though.

I was much more into their albums from 2112 through Signals. I guess I'm just an arena rock kind of guy at heart. :)

Add me to that camp. Moving Pictures is the earliest album I own and I never looked back. Which puts me in that area, but I liked power windows so much more.

I saw them for the first time last fall. It was wonderful.
