Wow. The time we had a problem with a Dell laptop, they couldn't ever
manage to send someone out with the *right* part to fix the video system.
They ended up having to replace the whole thing, because the "replacement
part" (as opposed to the parts they were using in the machines they were
building) was on a ridiculously long back-order.
(Then again, they were great about replacing the CD/DVD drive on the desktop
machine when it flaked out.)
