I had fun last weekend when I spilled a half a glass of water on my laptop. Fortunately, no major harm done. I did get a replacement LCD screen and
keyboard out of Dell though...
My wife and I just purchased a new keyboard on sale at Radio Shack. It's flexible and waterproof, and not much different from a regular keyboard to type on. Given the choice between having drinks near the computer and purchasing a $30 keyboard or not having drinks nearby at all... well, let's just say that caffeine has won yet another round :-)
