Yes: 

Vaseline
Refresh Eye Drops (they are pure saline and important for
sand/particulate problems)
Nose plugs (prevent sinus problems around sand & dirt)
Speaking of powdered drinks, any kind of electrolyte replenisher like
PediaLyte or Gatorade
