Omlette good, especially with proper appelation. Fried, scramled, maybe
even sunny-side-up good. French word beginning with "q" bad. :)

Well, if anyone had offered me a cheese and asparagus quiche in my late
teens, I probably would have liked it. Probably would like it now.
Probably would *not* have liked it when I was 12.
