Is anyone really in favor of having mice giving birth inside of their food packages? I thought one of the major reasons for packaging food in plastic was to keep vermin such as mice _out_ of the food . . .
The worry is probably that plastic that is discarded after use is affecting the mice. Of course, depending on your perspective, that might not be a bad thing... :-)
Seriously, though, if the chemical affects mouse health, who knows what *other* organisms might be adversely affected.
