As far as I have experienced, the fastes way to get a cheap new power
supply is to buy a new case. Although there are power supplies without
case which are cheaper than the cheapest cases with power supply, one
may have to search for quite some time until he finds a separate supply.
I mean, every time when I needed a new power supply, I needed it as soon
as possible.
