I wish I hadn't had so much experience with it, though! >From the MRI, it appears that it almost certainly is a tumor. Good news is that it is operable and surgery is scheduled for Wednesday. And the team thinks it probably won't be malignant. In my tiredness, I described the location wrong. It's in a frontal lobe, which makes a lot of sense, given the fact that he's been struggling (like me, somewhat) with ADD symptoms. Unlike me, he has a rather clear cause, since the mass is between the size of a golf ball and a lime. All of us, including Dave, are feeling positive and optimistic, which may seem a bit odd.
