If you're in Tokyo, don't spend too much time in Shinjuku. But spend *some* time in Shinjuku! And if you could use a contact in one of the largest market research firms there, let me know off-list and I'll see if I can make an introduction. Oh, and if you have enough time, it's definitely fun to cruise "Electric Avenue," or Akihabara (if I recall the spelling correctly).
