Wow, yeah trytophan? No. My non-sleeping is from bad habits and nothing else. It just sucks that on Friday nights, I'm ready to curl up at 10pm, Saturdays I can make it to midnight, then Sundays when I should be out at 9, I'm not. Just found out we can start working an hour earlier. I want to, but don't know if I can. I'm a very slow person in the morning. I'm fully awake, but can't do anything.
