That wouldn't help either. Afaik, the CPA doesn't recognise the concept of diplomatic immunity within Iraq.

If you meant CIA, do you have a cite? I hadn't heard that. If so, doesn't that violate the Geneva convention or something?
Just thought I'd point out that storming someone's embassy would be an act of agression against them and a prelude to another war. Although we could always use the "NATO/Chinese Embassy" excuse: "Oops! Sorry!"
I think the embassy would get raided and Saddam would die anyway.
We'd probably just blast hardcore rock music at it. :-)
