I didn't post the article, and I am basing my coments on that article and
co-workers of mine, and my wife who had to get a special waver to even be
able to go over to Bangalore to train their co-workers replacements. One, in
fact had to fill out his visa as "vacation" the second time around. Both
asked just for the sake of it and were told that what they were asking was
very ilegal.
