[I hope you don't mind me asking these questions: I am very curious about this entire issue and we hear nothing about it in the national news.] I had written to some of the Bangalore IT industries, inquiring about their employment policies but they haven't responded yet. Some of my lawyer friends have agreed to look into this matter in detail, albeit only after they are done with the Bar Council elections - I should have some more information about the legality of this stance in a couple of weeks.
