Yea, that was it exactly.  So who is doing the redirecting?

I believe the word "bestell" in german means "order"...(hummm?)

The best I can tell is that all their html reference an "all.js" that states:
"document.write('<blockquote><br>one moment please, page is loading ...')
top.location.replace('http://www.bestell.de/partners/index.html?swi='+swi)"
and that is eventually sending it to Amazon.
